Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before at no charge. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment are charged 50% of the session fee.
No‑Shows are charged 100% of the session fee.
Certain exceptions may apply, and this will be on a case-by-case basis, at my discretion.
How To Cancel or Rescedule
You are welcome to cancel or reschedule via WhatsApp or email. T's & C's will apply. Please feel free to include your preferred postponement date and time.
Late Notice
Should you be late for your appointment, this will be deducted off your total time.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for a 1 hour Massage appointment, we will have to forfeit the appointment and reschedule for another day and/ or time. While I understand that life can sometimes get in the way, I will not rush this session, which will result in not giving you the best experience possible.

Nikki, herself, is warm, professional, and incredibly intuitive. She took the time to understand what I was looking for in the session, making sure I felt comfortable, respected, and completely unrushed The massage unfolded with a slow, deliberate rhythm that encouraged me to let go of tension, not just physically, but emotionally. Every movement felt purposeful and fluid, inviting me deeper into a space of relaxation and connection. By the end of the session, I felt profoundly relaxed, reconnected with my body, and surprisingly uplifted. It's an experience that goes beyond the physical.
